Cancellation & Refund Policy – VStoreX

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at VidyaSu1525@gmail.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
If the order is eligible for cancellation, the refund (if prepaid) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We accept return requests only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products delivered.

To be eligible:

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
The request must be raised within 48 hours of product delivery by emailing VidyaSu1525@gmail.com with photos/video proof of the issue.

Once approved, our team will arrange a pickup or exchange (depending on product category and availability).

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.
The refund will be credited to your original mode of payment within 5–10 business days after approval.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after collecting the necessary details.

2. Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take additional time for the refund to reflect.
